Newsletter 27 - 17th April 2026

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome back to the Summer Term. This is a busy term so please do keep an eye on the calendar at the bottom of the newsletter.

Year 4 Class Assembly

We invite families of Year 4 to come along to the back hall door next Thursday 23rd April at 9am for their Class Assembly.

PTA

PTA will be holding a meeting at 8pm next Tuesday 21st April in the school hall.

The PTA raise much-needed funds for the school and plan memorable events for the school community. The current Co-Chairs are stepping down at the end of the summer and we’re looking for someone to step into the role. It can be shared between two people.  If you are interested or would like to know more about the role and what it entails, please do reach out to the PTA on this email: htpta@outlook.com or come in and enquire in the school office. Thank you!

Parent Workshop

Dr Jo Slifi (our school’s Educational Psychologist) will be delivering another workshop on Wednesday 22nd April in the school hall from 8.45 – 10am. Do come along to find out practical strategies for supporting your child’s emotional development. Coffee and snacks included!

Enjoy the weekend.

Mrs Griffith

Thermomix

The editor (Sarah Lawson) has returned to a previous side quest demonstrating the fabulous new Thermomix.  Want to know more?  I can do demonstrations in my home or yours or we now have a brand new public demonstration kitchen in Bracknell (near Waitrose) with slots on weekdays, evenings and weekends where you can just go along and see a demonstration, get hands on and taste some lovely home made food.  Thermomix is brilliant whether you love cooking or hate it - I've had one in my kitchen for 14 years and wouldn't be without one now.  Speak to me or drop me an email on sarah.lawson1@outlook.com and I'll get in touch.
