Newsletter 19 - 29th January 2021

Dear Parents and Carers,

Another week has passed and we have been receiving lots of messages of thanks and gratitude for all the effort the wonderful staff team are putting into remote learning, home visits, phone calls, food parcel deliveries & laptop deliveries. I would like to thank the team for their dedication and their genuine care for you and your families that they show on a daily basis. Thank you!

You may recall how I described during Lockdown 1.0 how we were all experiencing the same storm, but in very different boats. The same is still true. Whilst we are all doing our very best to provide learning opportunities for your children and support you as families, we are not able to tailor that provision to suit every individual family circumstance. We will continue to monitor our ways of working carefully so that we can adapt and enhance our provision where we can. We were informed this week that we would be resuming remote provision for at least 2 weeks after half term but we will await further announcements to know exactly when and how we will be returning.

Finally, I did mention in my weekly assembly that there probably wouldn't be any snow this weekend. Well, as we are all getting very used to now, that has changed overnight! So, if it does snow, I hope you enjoy it once again.

The Star of the Week and assembly link is here

Best wishes for a relaxing weekend,

Mrs Griffith
