Dear Parents and Carers,
Our Vision
‘I know there is nothing better than to do good and be happy’ Ecclesiastes 3:12
We’ve been talking with the children about our vision of ‘doing good’ and ‘being happy’. We’ll continue to explore what this means for us all and how we are working hard to achieve it. Maybe you could take the time at home to chat with your children about it too and how they can live out this vision at home and in school. Of course it has many interpretations so there is no right or wrong answer; just a goal we are all aiming towards!
Parent Meetings
If you haven’t already done so, please make an appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher. If you need help with this, Mrs Lawson will help where she can!
Harvest
Thank you for all your donations.
It was lovely to be able to celebrate together and we were all very proud of the children.
Mufti
Next Friday is the last day of this half term and you are invited to come along in MUFTI for a suggested donation to the PTA of £2. If you choose to wear a fancy dress/Halloween costume, please remember no face paints or masks.
Have a lovely weekend,
Mrs Griffith

Harvest Festival
Holy Trinity Church extends a huge thank you to you all for your wonderful donations at the Harvest Festivals this week. These donations will go towards the Church's own foodbank helping people in our local community.
Football Matches
On Thursday afternoon two teams of year 5 & 6 boys took part in football matches against St. Michael’s. One team won 6 – 4 and the other lost 7 – 1. There were some great goals and super saves! Well done to all the boys who took part: Ollie, Jake, Keiron, Aidan, Luke, Jude, Jacob, Harry, Ayden, Charlie, James, Jack, Samuel, Xander and Kaleb. Thank you to all the parents who were able to stay and watch and to Miss Harding for organising and attending the matches with the boys.
Lost Property
We already have lots of lost jumpers, cardigans and PE Hoodies without names which we can't reunite with their owners! Please check the lost property box in school reception. Similarly we have clothing missing which is definitely named so if you could please check your children's uniform this weekend to make sure it's with the correct owner we would be very grateful. At the same time check name tags are still present and any biro names haven't washed off. Sharpies are great for naming uniform as it doesn't wash away. Many thanks for your help with this.
