Christmas Jumper/Mufti Day - Friday 20th December
We are hurtling towards the end of term at quite a pace and school is very busy! This has been a long term, children and staff have worked terrifically hard and we look forward to celebrating Christmas and the promise of longer days to come in the Spring Term! On the last day of term children are invited to come to school in mufti and may wear Christmas Jumpers if they wish. No donation required.
School Ends at 2pm on Friday 20th December
Don't forget that school will finish at 2pm on Friday 20th December. Please put this in your diary - thank you. School will be closed for the season shortly after 2pm.

Basketball Tournament at Charters School
We entered two teams from Years 5 and 6 to the Charters Basketball Tournament on Monday. They competed against teams from St. Francis Catholic Primary School and St. Michael's Primary School. Hoops were scored by Dylan, Henry and Alex. The event was supported by professional players from the Surrey Scorchers. Well done to all those who took part and enjoyed the opportunity to play some matches: George, Harry, Will, Luke and Henry from year 6, and Sophie B, Freddie R, Dylan, Caleb and Alex from year 5. Thank you to Mrs Fargher and Miss Harding who attended the tournament with the teams.
Holy Trinity Choir Sing at Dormy House
Last Friday, the choir sang at the care home, Dormy House to cheer up the residents. We sang Circle of Life, Hold Back the River, I’m Still Standing and then we sang the Christmas songs that we sang at the turning on of the Sunningdale lights plus He Made a Way in a Manger. These songs were Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, I Wish It Could be Christmas Every Day, We Wish You a Merry Christmas and finally Merry Christmas Everyone.
All the residents enjoyed the singing but there was one in particular who gave us quite a show. His name was Colin and he conducted one of our songs, tried to teach us one of his own and even shared a dance with Miss Wallbanks. Colin enjoyed it so much, he wanted to come home with us!
Once we had finished singing, one of the staff showed us into a different room for biscuits and juice. At the very end, Colin came to say goodbye.
We had so much fun singing and hope to do it again.
