Newsletter 28 - 28th April 2023

Dear Parents and Carers,

Next week brings the promise of May and the historic event of the Coronation of King Charles III.

Coronation of King Charles III Celebration

Next Friday afternoon we shall be celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III. Please come dressed in red, white and blue. There is no donation.

The PTA will have decorated the playground with bunting and a cardboard cut-out of King Charles and will be providing all children with a carton of juice and a cupcake.

Have a lovely long weekend!  We will see you on Tuesday next week.

With all best wishes,

Mrs Barnes

Coronation Celebration

We will be having a Coronation celebration in school next Friday afternoon.  Please can children come to school dressed in any combination of red, white and blue.  No donation required.

Reporting Absence

Please report absence using the school absence line on 01344 620716 by 9.15am at the latest on each and every day of absence.  Absence notified by email may not be seen until much later in the morning due to the very large volume of emails received at school.  Many thanks for your help with this.

Winkworth PTA Sponsorship

Once again Winkworth are offering a very generous donation and advertising of our PTA summer fair in exchange for properties agreeing to host a display board for about 3 weeks.  If you are prepared to have a display board at your property, please send your name and address to htpta@outlook.com  It doesn't matter where you live or how far away from school.  Fifty addresses are needed altogether for school to benefit from this very generous donation.  Many thanks for your help with this.
