Newsletter 29 - 5th May 2023

Dear Parents and Carers,

A huge thank you to Mrs Symmonds and Mrs Harrison for their hard work on decorating the playground and to Mrs Harrison for the homemade cupcakes to ensure our celebration of the Coronation was perfect.  The weather was very kind to us as we gathered to sing our Coronation Song and enjoy a cupcake and drink celebrating this historic occasion.  The children looked fabulous in their red, white and blue outfits!  Look out for the special commemorative coin in book bags!  Thank you so much for supporting us.

Y6 SATs

Year 6 have been preparing for their end of KS2 SATs assessments. These are national tests that all Year 6 pupils will take next week.  We commend them for their work ethic in their revision but know they have been well prepared by the Year 6 teaching team to meet these challenges and do themselves proud. Good Luck Year 6 – you’ve got this!

Thank you King Charles III for the extra bank holiday!  We will see you all on Tuesday.

Mrs Barnes
