Dear Parents and Carers,
A message from Mrs Poulter:
‘Thank you all so much for your kind words, cards, gifts and donations. Kate, Tommy and I are totally overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity and feel much loved. We are going to use part of the money to buy a new plaque for a family memorial bench we have in the garden and then donate the remainder to the British Heart Foundation. Thank you all, Mrs Poulter, Kate and Tommy.’
Sports Days
We are so disappointed that we are no longer able to invite you to our Sports Days. Thank you for your understanding and we pray that we all continue to remain safe and well to be able to enjoy the last busy weeks of term.
We would still like the children to wear their PE kits with a t-shirt in their team colour on their Sports Day:
· EYFS and KS1: Thursday 17 June
· Year 3 and Year 4: Tuesday 15 June
· Year 5 and Year 6: Friday 18 June
·
Reception Class and KS1 are invited to bring a teddy to watch them on their Sports Day (Thursday 17th) and to enjoy a picnic lunch with them too.
We promise to take lots of photos of all the Sports Days that we can share with you via the class webpages.
Sports Mufti on Monday 14 June
Children are invited to wear ‘Sports Mufti’ on Monday in return for a donation of your choice. This is to raise funds for a new set of adjustable hurdles which have been chosen by the children and are suitable across year groups. Football kits are welcome but trainers only please (no studs/football boots). All classes will be taking part in an Archery Workshop and clothing will need to be suitable for this.
Relationships, Health and Sex Education

Parents and Carers in Partnership (PaCiP)
Charlotte Holden is part of our school family and says:
'Having a child with SEN can be isolating and overwhelming, whether you have a diagnosis or not. As a parent of an autistic 12 year old, I know there can be many questions and often uncertainty about who to ask for help.
The PaCIP is a support forum for parents and carers with SEN children aged 0-25. Next week they are holding a workshop covering a range of topics such as Annual Reviews/EHCP's/where to go for help etc - see the invite below. Any questions, feel free to ask me!'- Charlotte
On the 16th June 11am-12pm, PaCiP is hosting a ParentShare session on Zoom with Paola Connolly, 0-16 EHCP manager from AfC. Please see details on the poster attached.
