Newsletter 38 - 14th July 2023

Dear Parents and Carers,

Here we are – our last newsletter of the year!

Y6 Production of ‘Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies!’

A huge well done to all the Y6 pupils for their wonderful performances on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. A great time was had by all. Years 4 and Year 5 did a great job supporting too.  So much work goes into putting on such a great performance so a big thank you to all the children for learning their parts, and to the staff involved in preparing the children so well.  We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated team at Holy Trinity.

End of Year Reports

Your child will be bringing home their reports today so please look out for it in their bag.

Good Luck and Good Bye

To all our Year 6 pupils. You are all superstars and it has been such a privilege to see how much you’ve grown and achieved in your time at primary school. Every single one of you has made a difference to our Holy Trinity Family and you will be missed.  We wish you all the luck in the world as you move on to your secondary schools;  we hope you continue to live our vision of being happy and doing good while you live.

We’d also like to wish other pupils and families that are moving on a smooth transition into your new schools – we wish you every happiness!

New Parent Governor Vacancy

The Governing Body will have a vacancy in September for a Parent Governor.  Governors play a key role in the school, working as a team to provide support and challenge, and influencing strategies.  More information will follow in September but we are hoping that parents will consider nominating themselves and drive our vision of ‘doing good and being happy’ at Holy Trinity school,

So, all that remains is for me to wish you all a very relaxing, safe and happy summer holiday.

We look forward to welcoming you all back to school on Tuesday 5th September in winter uniform.

Mrs Carmel Barnes - Assistant Headteacher
