Dear Parents and Carers,
PTA
We had a good turn-out for the PTA AGM on Monday evening. It was good to see so many there offering their time to support the PTA. We have new Co-Chairs: Mrs Howe and Mrs Lynch. Thank you both for being willing to lead the PTA. Also a huge thank you to the reps and Co-Chairs who are stepping back this year – we really appreciate all your time and efforts last year.
The funds raised last year means we have been able to go ahead with our plans for the all weather running track on the field. The works will commence within the next 6 weeks so you should see the track in place before Christmas which is wonderful! See the plan below:
This year, we are hoping to raise funds towards re-vamping the library; adding new books and replacing the furniture. We hope to make it a really welcoming, enticing reading environment.
Thank you again for all your support with volunteering for the PTA or supporting events – it really does add to the experience your child has in school.
