Now that your children have settled into their new classes it’s a good time to take a look at their year’s curriculum. You will find each year group’s curriculum here:
You will be invited to make an appointment to meet with your child’s class teacher on 19th or 20th November – you will received an email prompting you to book nearer to the time.

Parent Vote for Parent Governor Vacancies
We have two vacancies to fill – please use this link to vote for your two preferred candidates. Apologies for the confusion with the earlier vote.

Harvest Services
You may have heard that Rev Jon is unwell and sadly unable to join us for our Harvest Services next week. We will still go ahead with our services in church. Church will be open from 9am for you to enter.
Monday 6th October at 9.15am Harvest Service in church for Year 1, Year 3 and Year 5.
Tuesday 7th October at 9.15am Harvest Service in church for Reception, Year 2, Year 4 and Year 6.

Stars of the Week for w/e 3rd October
Well done to all of our Stars this week
Reception – Daisy for being so kind and thoughtful to her friends and teachers.
Year 1 – Harry for working so hard and showing great care and accuracy in his handwriting.
Year 2 – Barnaby for trying so hard in all his lessons this week. Dani for always being being ready to learn and setting an example to others.
Year 3 – Shaikhah for always trying her hardest in maths lessons.
Year 4 – Poppy for always being ready to learn and being responsible and considerate of others.
Year 5 – Abigail for showing great perseverance and progress in gymnastics this week.
Year 6 - Isabella W and Ryan for the great start they have made to Year 6 - from the moment they step through the door in the morning, they organise themselves for all lessons, listen carefully, follow instructions and put maximum effort into their written work.
House of the Week
The House with the most house points this week is Fire! Well done Fire!
Year 2 & 3 Football Festival
On Friday afternoon, two teams of footballers attended a festival at The Sunningdale School. They played against teams from Upton House, Cowarth Flexlands, Eton End and Eaton House. Our teams won all the games, playing superbly and representing Holy Trinity extremely well. Afterwards, everyone had a BBQ! Congratulations to everyone who took part and thank you to those parents who attended. A special thanks to Mr Williams and his helpers who coached the teams.
Buster - Raising Funds for Sports Equipment
Buster in Year 6 is doing a sponsored swim to raise funds for new sporting equipment for school including a new football goal and basketball hoop. Please click here for more detail and to sponsor. Sunningdale Pre School - Waitrose
Sunningdale Pre School have been shortlisted as one of Waitrose Sunningdale’s chosen community charities this week and with it comes the opportunity of earning £1500 towards the Pre-School.
Sunningdale Pre School relies on charitable funding to operate both the day to day learning and the after school club facility. Please support if you can!
Horse Naming Competition

Shanly Homes are running a horse drawing competition to celebrate their new development, Ascot Oaks.
The competition is now officially underway, and deadline is extended to Friday 3rd October.
