Newsletter 16 - 9th January 2026

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome back to the start of the Spring term and the New Year.

Thank you for all your Christmas cards and gifts – we very much appreciate them!

Class Timetables and Curriculum

All of the detailed information about what your child is learning is on our website on the Curriculum page.

The class timetables are on the Class Pages and links are here for your convenience:

Year 1   Year 2   Year 3    Year 4   Year 5   Year 6

Guide for Parents

Dame Rachel De Souza (Children’s Commissioner) has produced this very helpful guide for parents around online use and safety which I would encourage you to take a look at.

What I wish my parents or carers knew: A guide for parents on managing children’s digital lives.

Termly Fund

In order for your child to experience the extra-curricular provision that teachers plan to enhance the curriculum offer, please do make sure you have paid your termly contribution on ParentPay. As a school, we are unable to financially subsidize the cost of these experiences and will have to consider cancelling trips if we don’t receive termly fund contributions. Thank you in advance.

Mrs Hill is Retiring

Mrs Hill has been caretaker and cleaner at Holy Trinity for nearly 19 years. Sadly, she will be retiring at the end of this Spring term for a well-earned rest! I’m sure you’ll join me in wishing her a fond farewell when the time comes.

Have a lovely weekend,

Mrs Griffith
