Dear Parents and Carers,
Our vision is for our pupils to flourish in an inclusive, inspirational place of learning where we are happy, respectful, kind and safe.
Living our Vision
A big thank you to Mrs Patel and Mrs Drewitt for coming into school and presenting their wonderful Gardening Powerpoint that was shared at the Royal Windsor Rose and Horticultural Society. I awarded them our Living the Vision certificate enabling our pupils to flourish in an inclusive, inspirational place of learning where the children are happy, respectful, kind and safe. Thank you for everything you do.
Parents’ Consultation Meetings
You will receive next week an email prompting you to book a 10 minute appointment with your child’s teacher on either Wednesday 2nd April or Thursday 3rd April 2025. There is a date change for Year 2 parents, you will be invited to make an appointment on Thursday 3rd April or Thursday 24th April. You will have the opportunity to look through your child’s books at this time too.
Please be mindful of sticking to the allocated 10 minutes to avoid causing timing issues. Thank you.
Easter Services
You are invited to join us at our Easter Services in church at 9.15am:
Lenten Fundraising
Alexander Devine Hospice - Big Chick Knit
The Big Chick Knit is back by popular demand! Incredible knitters from the local area make hundreds of adorable knitted chicks and friends, each with a chocolate egg inside. We are seeking donations of chocolate eggs to be placed inside the knitted chicks. Donations are gratefully received from Monday and then the Chicks and Friends will go on sale for £3. This initiative raises vital funds for the local children's hospice service.
Easter Foodbank Appeal
The Spiritual Leaders are inviting our school community to make a ‘treat’ donation to the Holy Trinity Foodbank this Easter time. We are looking for the following donations:
Any donations can be brought to the school office by Friday 28th March 2025

Year 2 - Young Fundraiser!
On Sunday Emily from Year 2 set up a stall outside her house to sell a few small items like loom bands, clay and Hama beads which she labelled and packaged up herself from her own bits. She managed to raise £21.46 for Cancer Research which she took to our local charity shop who were ever so pleased and grateful. Well done Emily for thinking of others and spending your time raising money for our local Cancer Research shop!
Mindful Parking
Parking continues to be a problem around school at drop off and pick up times. Walking to school is a good way to start the day if you live in Sunningdale.
Many of our Year 6 pupils and Charters students walk to school unaccompanied and crossing the road is extremely dangerous when cars have parked on corners and encroached upon junctions. Please consider parking at the recreational ground when Station Road is congested. Parking on the double yellow lines down to the junction makes this stretch of road hazardous.
We have received complaints from neighbours about how parents have blocked driveways. Please be mindful we have families who need to use the disabled parking bay outside school on Station Road. It is illegal to park in a disabled parking bay without displaying a valid Blue Badge.
