Dear Parents and Carers,
It’s been another busy week in school. Parents Meetings have taken place and the PTA are busily preparing for tomorrow’s Christmas Fair.
Thank you for all the donations you have made and all the tokens you have bought.
PTA Christmas Fair
12 – 3pm tomorrow in the hall! Do come along and support the PTA if you’re able to – a lot of work goes into preparing the fair and a lot of fun is had by children and families attending.
Reading Volunteers
We are in need of more volunteers to help hear our children read. If you are able to offer at least 1 hour per week, every week please do contact the office to offer your services. Thank you!
Going home with another adult
If your child is going on play date, or being picked up be another adult, please do call or email the office to let us know.
Building Resilience Parent Talk
Next Thursday 27th November 7 – 8.30pm is when Dr Hester Bancroft is visiting our school to share her wisdom and experience with parents on how to build resilience in your child. Supporting your child in this area is key to their navigation of life. If we remove all the barriers from our child and they never experience failure or make mistakes they will never build up their resilience to tackle such events as they encounter life as a young person and adult. If you’d like to come along, please register here. Please come to the back of the hall door for a prompt 7pm start.
Coats in school
In this cold weather, please make sure your child has a coat in school. They will be expected to wear them to play outside.
I look forward to seeing you at the Fair tomorrow,
Mrs Griffith
