What is SmartPhone Free Childhood?
The group were formed in February 2024 to educate and support other parents in choices around their children and smart phones.
At Holy Trinity, we do not allow any use of phones at all during the school day, on school trips or in any of our clubs.
Some Year 6 pupils bring their phones to school if they are walking themselves. The phones are then collected at the school gate, stored safely during the school day and collected by the pupils at the end of the day.
We often have parents asking us about their children having devices and smart phones. Hopefully, there is plenty of information here to help you make the choices.
