Welcome back to the second half of our Autumn Term.
Our value for the whole term is ‘Forgiveness’ and our focus value this half term is ‘Truthfulness’. Please do spend some time talking to your child about these values and how they impact everyday life.
Before the summer, our website provider was taken over by a larger organisation whose new system does not allow us to offer parents evening slots in the way that we used to and would like to. The new solution now offered doesn't meet our needs. We will work towards finding an affordable solution that works for you and us.
In order for you to be able to plan ahead and book slots in a timely manner this time, we have made the decision to revert to a physical sign up.
The times available will be in the office for you to choose a slot from Monday. If you are not able to get into the office, please call or email Mrs Lawson (holytrinitysunn@holytrinityprimary.org ) who will be able to book a slot for you.
The dates are: Wednesday 18th November 1 – 5pm and Thursday 19th November 3.30 – 5pm. The meetings will take place in the school hall.
We apologise that this process is not as convenient as we would like it to be.
If your child would like to buy a poppy or other items to raise funds for the Royal British Legion, Year 6 pupils will be go around the classrooms and be in playground at the end of the day. We have poppies, wrist bands, pencils, reflector key rings and slap bands available at £1 each. We have metal pin badges available to purchase by adults from the school office for £3. We can accept cash or there is a QR code for card payments. We can't give change as we can't open the money boxes.
You will have noticed our newly refurbished car park I’m sure! Please make sure your child is with you at drop off and pick up, not running/cycling/scooting around the car park. Thank you for your help in this matter. The car park is for staff and visitor use only.
Have an enjoyable weekend,
Mrs Griffith
