Spellings:
Please see the attached sheet - please encourage the children to count out their sounds needed eg green - g/r/ee/n - 4 sounds. Please encourage robot arms like we use in class to support sounding out. The harder to read and spell words in red cannot be sounded out - they just need to be learnt. Any questions - please do ask!!
Spelling tests will always be on the following Friday.
Decorate the Tree!!
Our tree is up in the classroom but it is looking a little bare!! Can you find anything in your craft boxes to make it pretty and bright??!! Have fun making a decoration for us to enjoy and please bring it in to hang when you are ready!!
Finally - can you wrap up a Christmas themed story for us to share in class? Please bring in your wrapped book to put under the tree. Label it with your name and each day we will choose children to unwrap their Christmas book for us to read. Your book will be returned to you on the day it is read.
It's getting Christmassy!!
