Week 2

Monday: Can you remember how to write a statement and a question? Use this template to help you start our topic work. If you don't have a printer you can write the date and title like we do in class. Extension: Complete one of these 'quick write' sheets.

Tuesday: Work as a detective and research five facts about the Amazon rainforest. Write these facts in your book or on the handwriting sheet below. You can use the powerpoint or research your own facts using the internet. Remember our internet safety rules!

Wednesday: Listen to this story song.

Choose one of the animals from the story, research this animal using the internet or books and create a spider diagram with facts all about that animal. We have done spider diagrams in class before, you need to put the name of the animal/picture of the animal in the middle of the page and draw lines coming out like spiders legs.

Remember to use capital letters and full stops!
