What if my Child Tests Positive for Coronavirus over the Christmas Break?

Dear Parents and Carers,

In order to ensure that we continue to keep our community as safe as possible over the Christmas break, we are asking that you let us know if any child tests positive for COVID-19 over the holiday period.

Please email the school office ( ) if your child does test positive for coronavirus. We will then be able to contact other children and staff who would have to follow guidance and self-isolate for 10 days if they had been in contact with the child for up to 48 hours previously.

If your child tests positive after Monday 21 December you must still inform us by email noting when symptoms started.   People who test positive should continue to self-isolate for 10 days from onset of symptoms or 10 days from the point of taking a positive test if asymptomatic.

This is not the festive news that we would like to receive (or give) but would really appreciate your support with this.

Many thanks,

Mrs Griffith
